All orders are processed with in 24 - 72 hours after the order has been placed.
Our shipping costs are based on weight. All items under 1 lb are shipped with First Class Mail. Everything above a 1lb will be upgraded with priority shipping.
Countries we will ship to
Watch Solutions ships worldwide. All international orders are shipped by USPS First Class International mail. Delivery time may vary depending on your country's customs process (generally between 2-5 weeks). USPS tracking for International shipments only show where they are in the USA. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered.
Import Taxes, Duties, VAT charges
Please note that Import Taxes, Duties, & VAT charges (if any) are not additional shipping costs & are not covered/included in your purchase. These are determined & assessed directly by your country. Visit your country's customs agency website for more info.
Upon purchase, the buyer takes full responsibility for all/any of your countries Import Taxes, Duties, Vat, etc. Watch Solutions is not responsible for any additional charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be. It is illegal for a seller to mark a package as "gift" in order to avoid these fees.
All US orders come with free USPS tracking, which we email to you once your order is being completed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking page to begin updating.
Issues Regarding Transit And Delivery
Please be aware that once we hand your package to the USPS, the package is not in our control. If you have any inquires about the package in transit can be directed to the United States Postal Service customer service line at 1-800-275-8777.

We will accept returns for:
- Wrong items received
- Defective or damaged merchandise
We will not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
- Worn watches
Conditions of a return
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the return will be rejected. You will be contacted via phone and/or email in case of a return rejection. Your return will be sent back to the original shipping address once a $12 admin/shipping fee has been made. Watch boxes and additional materials such as manuals must be shipped back with the watch.
How to return
Should you wish to return the item to us, please get in touch with us first at email@example.com. Please title you email with "Return (ORDER NUMBER)". Briefly explain the reason for returning the item. Should a mistake in the order have been made or an item has been damaged in delivery, please provide photos in your message. Once we have accepted the reason for your return, please send the item in its original condition (unworn and unaltered) with the tags, watch box, manual, and any other paperwork attached and intact within 10 calendar days of delivery. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
We recommend using a trackable and insured service for all return packages as we are not responsible for loss or damage of the item during delivery.
Cancellation & Changes of Order
We will accept cancellations and changes in orders before a tracking number has been provided. After a tracking number has been created, we will not cancel or make changes to any order.
