Job Available: Sales/ Repair Tech for Watches and Jewelry

We are looking for a new employee to join the Watch Solutions team! We currently have a job opening for a sales associate.

Position Description:
Part-Time Sales Associate / Repair Tech for watches and jewelry:

Duties include:

• Selling watches and jewelry to customers.
• Can provide appropriate product recommendations based on customer’s needs.
• Use point of sale (POS) system to conduct purchase transactions.
• Able to build relationships with customers, especially regular customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor.
• Follow opening and closing procedures thoroughly.
• Can assess the needs of a non functioning watch and can relay the needs of the watch to the customer.
• Can keep track of multiple repairs.
• Can preform simple watch repairs (Changing batteries, bands, adding/removing links, ect.).
• Knowledgeable of watches and jewelry and can educate customers.

Qualifications:

• Positive attitude
• Reliable
• Retail sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with customer service
• Strong organization and multi tasking skills.
• Maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with watch repair (Highly Preferred)
• Willingness to learn watch repair (should a potential candidate not have prior experience.)
• WE WILL TRAIN NEW EMPLOYEES ON WATCH REPAIR.
